If you decide later that you want Quicken to update automatically rather than manually downloading yourself (or vice versa), be aware that you may encounter duplicate transactions on that first download after the change.
You will need to manually delete the duplicate transactions.
There is no charge for an online account and there is no fee to download your Citi Card data into Quicken.

Accounts enabled for OFX services at Citibank prior to 10/2/15 may still work for a unknown amount of time.
As far as we know, Citibank will not enable any new accounts after 10/2/15.
