She has been riding since she could walk and says that the two things she loves the most are ' acting and horses ' and they have come together to create this dream role of Amy Fleming on the Heartland TV and book series.In between filming seasons of Heartland, Amber Marshall helps out at a local veterinary clinic and spends time with her many animals on her farm ranch near Calgary, Alberta.But Paris has a way of putting some glamour in a girl’s gait, and she struggles to adjust to life back at home. For my wedding, I didn’t even paint my nails or even carve the dirt out from underneath them,” she says.“Being in Europe for four or five months has changed her,” says Marshall of her Heartland character. “So I’ve been going and getting my nails done, and the fans notice instantly. ’ ” What remains the same, though, is Marshall’s passion for animals. But prior to him, my family had cats and dogs, so I was always around them.She has horses, dogs, cats, chickens, rabbits and an alpaca.The TV series is based on the 25-novel series written by Lauren Brooke.I had a pretty normal childhood compared to him so I have to do my homework when I'm preparing for some of his interactions with his past. It's difficult but I know the result will be a more interesting character.
With supportive loved ones willing to pitch in, the big day was filled with personal touches, like the altar, which was hand-crafted by Shawn himself.
